This scope of work included a website ​redesign, and brand amplification through ​e-newsletters, weekly flash sales, and ​social media campaigns. Supported in ​tradeshow planning, liasing with retail reps ​and coordinating with cross-functional ​teams.


The website revamp included a ​comprehensive audit, content re-writing, ​product reshoots and liaising with external ​agencies. The re-design resulted in an ​efficient e-commerce experience, including ​a faster checkout process, a 62% decrease ​in “Pending Payments,” and a conversion ​rate increase from 2.25% to 2.69%.
